At BarkHatch, our mission is to bring you high-quality, eco-friendly pet accessories with a shopping experience you can trust. While we hope you and your furry friend love every order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items returned after 30 days, or items not in their original condition due to reasons outside of our control, may not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at shopbarkhatch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
